For the 95PT-95% Turbidity Level type of MDBP Summaries, if the percent of Samples Exceeded is greater than 5%, the Level Complied Indicator is set to No.
For DSRD - Distribution Residual Disinfectant Concentration (RDC) type of MDBP summary, if the percent of Sample Exceeded is greater than 5% in this summary and the summary for the previous monitoring period, the Level Complied Indicator is set to No.
