CB-19 is located along Rialto Pipeline, which is served by Silverwood Lake. This PS code replaces PS Code 1910087-016 as the Silverwood Lake effluent water quality compliance monitoring location. PS Code 1910087-016 represents water from Santa Ana Valley Pipeline, which delivers raw water from Devil Canyon Afterbay to Mills Treatment Plant (Devil Canyon Afterbay receives water from Silverwood Lake). As of May 13, 2021, Mills Treatment Plant is receiving raw water from Diamond Valley Lake instead of Silverwood Lake. Thus, there is no water flow in Santa Ana Valley Pipeline and, as a result, no monitoring is possible under PS Code 1910087-016.
Update 3-7-2023: No raw water monitoring is currently conducted at this sampling point as of January 2023 because there is no flow at the service connection serving this sampling point. Instead, Silverwood Lake raw water monitoring is conducted at Devil Canyon 2nd Afterbay Outlet Structure (CA1910087_044_044).
